• Pilates is mind-body exercise that was created by Joseph Pilates. We focus on spine mobility or spine stability alongside breathwork and control!

  • No, consistently doing Pilates will help lengthen your muscles and increase flexibility over time!

  • I teach Mat Pilates in contemporary method. This means we take Joseph’s original ideas and modernize them with what we now know about the body!

  • Water and yourself is all that is required! Grip socks are recommended but not mandatory (I also have some for sale!)

  • I am trained to teach prenatal, pregnant, and postnatal clients. Pilates can be very beneficial for all stages of pregnancy!

  • I’m certified through the PIA Academy and have over 7 years of experience instructing barre, ballet, and dance. My teaching focuses on proper alignment, intentional breath, and smart programming to support all bodies—whether you're brand new to Pilates, returning from injury, pregnant/postpartum, or looking to deepen your practice. I prioritize injury prevention and client safety in every class, offering modifications and progressions so everyone can move with confidence.

  • My name is Brea Ann, I'm 20 years old and deeply passionate about helping clients become their strongest, most confident selves. With a background in Pilates, barre, and dance instruction, I bring both technical training and heart to every class I teach. I value inclusivity, injury prevention, and empowering clients through education—so you always know the “why” behind the movement. Whether you're brand new or experienced, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you grow from there.
